For regular and follow-up appointments, call 973-344-5498 where our care team can assist you. We currently do not do walk-in appointments due to our COVID-19 safety procedures, but we can accommodate same-day appointments.

Whether this is your first appointment or you are a returning patient, it is best to come prepared with the following:

  • Write down all your concerns and questions you’d like to ask during your visit
  • Bring a list of your medications including name, dosage and how they are taken
  • Be prepared to give your medical history
  • Bring your photo ID and insurance card

At RWJBarnabas Renaissance Primary Care, we offer virtual visits as a convenient way to care for you, right from the comfort of your own home. Whether you are unable to get to the office or just prefer to stay home, our physician and team are ready to care for you.

If you need to refill your prescription, the fastest way is to contact your pharmacist directly. You can also request a prescription refill by calling our office. Your request will be addressed within 24 to 48 hours.

Referrals for specialists are processed within 48 to 72 hours.

We understand that the privacy of your personal information is important. We follow HIPAA rules for handling patient information.

Yes, we do. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and on Saturday, 9am to 1pm.

Yes, we are. Members of our care team and office staff speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Polish.
